I was playing the campaign solo and a friend joined who decided to skip the campaign now my campaign missions are gone was roughly around campaign mission XIV and I remember seeing missions still locked

This is my mission terminal and i was on the new arbitrator class

Hi! I’ve had a look at your Arbitrator, and it appears the campaign has been completed on that operative, meaning no more campaign missions will appear on the Mission Board.
