In the Mourningstar, there are misplaced icons again. It happed just after i got lvl 30 on veteran.
And during missions as well.
I have this as well, and it seemingly started at random yesterday evening.
Edit: as of today, my icons are correctly placed.

It was happening to me yesterday evening as well, and not only in the Mourningstar but in a mission as well. Today its ok.
