Issue Description:
After Blessings of the Omnissiah patch and its limitless contract rerolling, had a nasty feeling of seeing doubles while rerolling contracts. Didn’t keep track of them though. Today I did, and confirmed it being the case. On all 4 of my classes, after the 3rd reroll, already discarded contracts are being offered again for ever increasing reroll prices. Either this is a bug and needs a QA pass, or if it is intentional design, it is unacceptable as such. Evidence sample size is obviously too small to draw solid conclusions, but this is alarming nevertheless and definitely should not happen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Reroll a weekly contract you don’t want.
  2. Keep doing that, and seemingly after 3rd reroll you start seeing already rerolled contracts appearing again. While the reroll cost just keeps on bloating.
  3. Curse Melk’s dementia and suggest he stops sniffing glue.
  4. Write a bug report.

I mean… there are only 8 arent there?

diamantine

missions
missions no deaths
books
monstrosities
dregs with something
scabs with something

So if you have 5 initially, and you reroll 3 times, youve seen them all, you are then gonna get duplicates

Duplicate by type, yes. But not by desired contract complexity. I aim for high complexity ones, friends aim for low given playtime constraints.

Also; dregs with melee, dregs with ranged, scabs with melee, scabs with ranged = 4, not 2.
