Meat grinder missing an active enemy for damage source

I would like to tinker with tankiness, regen and things like that to optimise my loadout.

Would it be possible to have an enemy active in the meat grinder? or the ability to activate any enemy using E?

Pros:
-Can now practice against an enemy
-Closed environment
-Can test out regen or dmg reduction effects

Cons:
-A programmer at fatshark will hate me for bringing this up
