Material in missions back to pre-patch #4 numbers.
Ran two Heresy mission and there was no longer Patch#4 cornucopia of materials anymore. Post mission material results were on pre-patch 4 values.
Steps to Reproduce:[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]
- Play Enclavum Baross or Relay Station or Silo Cluster or Smelter Complex on Heresy.
- See dramatic decrease in spawned materials - empty spawn points and boxes.
