When you are using Executioners stance and having marksman perk equiped it will only be active in the first use.
If you reset the cooldown killing enemies but you are still in executioners stance, marksman will not be activated.
You can see in the video in 0:09 that i activated the skill again but marksman perk is not reset or aplied to further uses while you are executioners stance.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Activate executioners stance
2.Killing enemies
3.Using tactical awareness gives you ability cooldown and killing elites or experts will reset executioners stance
4.active skill is now active again and you are still on executioners stance - activate skill
6.Executioners stance will reset its duration but marksman will no be aplied
