Executioners Stance not providing damage buff and not highlighting Ragers in particular could be more. Verified working correctly in Meat Grinder
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Load into new map at Damnation activate Executioners stance to see which enemies are highlighted and the amount of rounds required to kill with bolter. Then load into the Meat Grinder at Damnation to verify targets go down much faster in the Grinder and all the required enemies per talent are highlighted.
