Vet : Executioner's Stance - Not applied

Under my Vet’s skill tree, I picked Executioner’s Stance to augment my Volley Fire skill.

At this time, the talent is not being applied as stated in the description.

  1. Doesn’t switch to my ranged weapon when activates.
  2. Doesn’t mark man-sized elites and specials for 5 seconds.

Edit : This talent does work at times. I believe it’s a connection issue.

Edit2 : Unlike the other talents/classes, Volley Fire’s icon won’t change to the Executioner’s Stance icon in game - however, it’s correct in the squad loading screen.
