Lower the dead zone on console

The dead zone on xbox is not actually zero and should be lowered to truly zero, i have mine at 0 and my custom controller settings lowered passed that and it only registers at 1/4 when it should be at least half of that, it affects anyone whos decent on controller with fps games

Open settings
Dead zone is not actually zero

Constant (100%)
