Thanks, Julia. Doing so now. I want to love this game, but it’s proving difficult.
Hoping Fatshark can make this right.
I’ve spent $34.50 extra for aquilas, because I’m crazy and, as mentioned before, I want to love the game despite launch issues, continued crashes, etc.
Unfortunately, it’s been tempered since the loss of aquilas. This camel has too many staws.
Poking this thread as there was a “24 hour response” mentioned in the tech support email, but I’ve seen nothing aside from receipt and ticket generation.
4 attempts to get the login to stick today, once in, still 0 aquilas.
Please check your ‘Spam’ inbox, a response was sent on Tuesday 12:38 GMT.

Hey Julia, I checked (daily); nothing in Spam.
I’ve had issues in the past receiving email from that email address (for the Open Beta, e.g.).
I’ll reply to the Monday email and if unsuccessful will open a new ticket from a different email.
Edit: Update, preserving post above for historical accuracy.
Found the email, it wasn’t in spam, it got auto-ruled to trash. Not sure why that was the case.
