If i remember correctly , it was mentioned in one of the latest patchnotes: - developers imlemented an increased amount of shield breaking and penetrating attacks.
Does anyone have a full list of these attacks, old and new?

All flail attacks penetrate some damage through shields. The Bolt staff charged attacks do too.
Shield breaking attacks that I know of:
- Glaive heavy
- 2H Hammer overheads (can be light or heavy depending on the specific weapon)
- Pickaxe heavy
- Shield bash, though this one is inconsistent for me. Has to be a direct hit and it’s easier to trigger against a lone enemy vs a group
- 2H axe overhead (light 1/2)
That’s all I can think of, but I suspect there’s more others can add.

Bretonnian Longsword overheads (PA/H3) break shields as well.
Shield breakers: Falchion heavies, Elf 1h sword heavy IIRC. I think Sienna’s mace heavy overhead does too. Kruber Spear and Shield heavy 2 supposedly does from what I’m reading, but I can’t remember it myself. 1h Mace/Hammer heavies should, I think. Kruber/Saltz Greatsword Push attack. Shotgun shots (Blunderbuss, Grudge-Raker, Griffon Foot, not sure about Coruscation Staff). That’s in addition to what others have said above.
Shield penetration: all flails, Bolt Staff charged attacks, Handguns (the straight handguns, not repeaters). Dual Swords push attack.
