Loadouts removed after update

Issue Description:
Existing equipment loadouts have been removed from characters since the v1.2 patch release; while not critical, all equipment/cosmetic choices have to be redone from scratch.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Login to a character using additional loadouts slots
• Open inventory

This character (along with 2 others I have logged in with) previously had 5 loadouts in use, all of them have been removed.

But a load out links to a talent tree?
So… well, I wasn’t surprised they’d gone tbf

It could link to an empty talent tree (like the default loadout does); I don’t expect restoration of the loadouts (maybe it can be fixed for players who may be a little late returning to the game post-patch), but resetting the equipment/cosmetics is not the first thing I would expect when talents are reset.
