This is as much about QOL as power, but switching to bare hands to brain burst, then switching to staff to quell gets cumbersome. Can the quell speed on our staves apply bare-handed?

Not sure why quell speed can’t be a passive like this.
So what if you get it from your force sword & staff? It gives psykers something to build for, and honestly there aren’t enough builds for psyker as is.
