Examples:

Veteran Items: The Red Items

  • If the chance is 5%, then it should be granted every 20th time.
    • If it is dropped, then it resets; the red item granted after another every 20th time after that red item drop.

Critical Strike

  • If the chance to critical strike is 20%, then critical strike should be granted every 5th hit.
    • If critical strike happens, then it resets; the critical strike granted after another every 5th hit after that critical strike.

Pseudo random crits are already in the game.

Red drop rate is abysmal and really should just be increased tremendously.
