Issue Description:
Strong light sources with lens flare enabled causing banding around the flare. This is very noticeable with Windows Auto HDR enabled.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Optional - enable AHDR to exaggerate the effect.
- Enable lens flare (all lights).
- Load into the hub and walk to the central area.
- Look up to the sun and notice banding around the flare.
Only noticed this occurring with the sun in the hub, and the spotlight on the bridge where you need to hold out for an elevator (assassination mission I think, sorry I don’t recall the map name!).

Reproduction Rate:
100% with bright lights (sun/large spotlight). Does not happen with dimmer lights.
