Large stutter when turning camera Issue

Hey, I have some experience with this issue as well and have created a topic here.

Polling rate of mouse effecting frames (no matter the polling rate setting)

I’m attaching a video demonstrating the issue. In the beginning I exemplify the game with a high polling rate (1000) which is where the problem is most pronounced.
