Kruber crashes the game

Selected Kruber (huntsman if it matters) and game crashed. Now whenever I start VT2 up it crashes after the cutscene - I read on the Steam forums that other people have had the same problem where if they select a Kruber career it crashes their game and they no longer are able to play afterward. I saw someone say this happens with Sienna too but I can’t confirm that at this point.

I didn’t realise the bloody battering ram was the real reason the Warhammer world exploded. Must be all the bathwater.

same. when i last played i had krubs, now i cant even get into the menu

I tried to change to another hat and the game crashed! If the game login Kluber is wearing a suspicious hat, the default character is Kluber, so the game crashes!

Same is happening to me. After switching to Krubman I can’t launch the game anymore!!!
Is there a way to change the default hero on game files so I can at least open the game?
