This is a topic brought up many times and still has not been fixed, I don’t know what else to do in order to get a direct answer but to keep creating topics.
The Krieg coat and headsets are still clipping. This has been reported already and to this day even after selling it twice, it has not been fixed

Honestly one of the reasons I didn’t refund it was because threads reporting this issue were marked as “acknowledged”, but considering how much time has passed I don’t know what that even mean. Are the devs working on it or…?
It would be good if we could get a straight answer from devs or cms like “we are aware and actually working on it” or “lol you shouldn’t have bought”. It feels really bad to have given you goodwill and money for your “premium” cosmetics, and after a year or more having this issue still.
This was my first purchase on the shop, and though I should have took a better look before purchasing, I think it’s coherent to feel quite annoyed by this problem after so long.
