We are aware of and investigating a crash that can occur while playing the current Chaos Wastes weekly modifiers, and picking up Skulls (from the Skulls event).
The error the crash reporter will show for this crash will appear as: [Script Error]: foundation/scripts/util/error.lua:26: Can't initialize an already initialized mutator (hordes_galore)

In the chaos wastes’ weekly event, picking up the 3rd stack of skulls that adds the crit chance crashes the game, most likely because of the 100% crit modifier from the gray weapons.
Skull pickup crashes game in the weekly wastes mode since today’s implementation.
Usually the 5th skull but sometimes the third.
Seems like it’s the buffs that do it.
Can usually just pick up one for the first buff but it guaranteed crashes at the fifth if you pick them up fast.
This is an XBOX issue as far as I’m aware.

Start weekly wastes, pick up every skull you see, game crashes immediately.

Thanks for the report! It’s unusual for some reason the screenshot of the crash report doesn’t include a GUID string that we can use to search up the crash info.
Picking up deamon skulls crashes game in wastes weekly mode since weekly changed this morning.
After picking up between 3 and 5 skulls game crashes on xbox.
Does not effect main campaign.
While we work on a permanent fix between the ‘Send in the next wave!’ modifier and the event Skulls, we have swapped the weekly modifier to ‘More specials’ to prevent crashing.
