Issue Description:
Unlocalized/non-existent description for the second of the two Blessings. I’m not sure which Blessing, but it’s happened two different times for the second Blessing of two items in the top slot of Sire Melk’s shop. The localization I use is US, but my system does have some Japanese locale settings so I can have Japanese filenames and stuff.

These were the 400+ weapons I had because I didn’t want to scroll down further to check the less then ones too.

No screenshot to report because it’s just already a widely reported issue, just adding my voice to this.
How was this not a problem on release and it’s not so common? Just playing in the last couple days I’ve got at least 3-4 weapons with this issue.

A number of blessings are being changed for the Oct 4th patch; part of the localization code for the new blessing text was released in the latest hotfix, and that new part is not compatible with the old part.
