So today i logged into the game and got six frames (Why 6, it should have been 2, or not?). I also got those cursed coins for versus things but there is still no pose in my inventory (nor elf, nor Kruber) and no skaven skins. Can you finally give me my rewards?

KNOWN ISSUE: Incorrect Spotlight Rewards

Hi all, We’ve pushed a backend hotfix which has now added any missing rewards from Week 1 Versus Spotlight - Kerillian & Gutter Runner. The issue we identified with time tracking has been resolved, and we’ve triple-checked the tracked time against account data history to ensure the rewards are accurate, and rewards going forwards will also be. Week 2 Versus Spotlight Kruber & Ratling Gunner rewards have also rolled out, but with the same limitations when received: Reward pop up won’t show …

After the hotfix, I successfully got the reward from the second weekly spotlight, yet there was nothing from the first week. I am sure that I spent enough time during the first one.

Hey all!

An update regarding the spotlight rewards. Based on your feedback, and further issues we identified with time tracking, we have decided on the following:

• Upcoming spotlight rewards will now be tied to the kill tracker (here: https://www.vermintide.com/counter). This challenge will be being adjusted accordingly - more information to come in the next spotlight announcement on Thursday!
• Current, and past spotlight rewards will be being retroactively switched to this also, and all previous rewards will be being rolled out to all players that participated.

We appreciate that it’s been a bumpy process so far, and we hope that these changes will make the last spotlight events more enjoyable; with everyone getting all the rewards they’re due smoothly, as the kill tracker rewards have.
