KNOWN ISSUE: Grail Knight DLC Unavailable in Germany

We are aware of an issue causing the Grail Knight DLC to be unavailable for players based in Germany.

At this time, it is not possible to purchase the Grail Knight DLC or Grail Knight Bundle (including Grail Knight Cosmetic Upgrade DLC)

Also, upon purchase of the following bundles the Grail Knight DLC will be excluded at this time:

  • Careers bundle
  • Careers & Cosmetics bundle
  • Content bundle
  • Legacy bundle

If you are based in Germany, we recommend to avoid purchasing a bundle until the issue is resolved. If you have already purchased a bundle please don’t worry, just submit a support ticket here https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/requests/new or comment below including your Steam profile URL/ID and we’ll ensure any missing Grail Knight DLC are added to your account when it’s made available again.

We’re on the case and will resolve the issue as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.

Hey, im trying to get the Grail Knight so i buied the Legacy Pack. On Steam there is advertised that the Grail Knight is in the Legacy Pack. But i didnt got it. Also the Grail Knight Bundle Pack isnt buyable. Anyone know a way to fix it?

I have the exact same issue (I am also from Germany) i also bought the Legacy bundle but the Grail knight dlcs say that this content is not available in my region. Is this new or was this always the case?

A friend has the same issue… I saw multiple german YouTuber that used grail Knight, but the videos are old, no one is awnsering.

I just hope they fix this somehow. I paid money for the Legacy bundle and cant even play the class that i wanted to play LMAO

UPDATE:
We have now implemented a fix and the Grail Knight DLC should once again be available to purchase for players based in Germany.

For anyone who already purchased a bundle and was missing the Grail Knight DLC from it, the Grail Knight DLC should now be automatically unlocked for you (you may need to restart Vermintide 2 for it to appear).

Please let me know if there’s any further issue.

Hey all, from what we can see, Steam ownerships for Grail Knight DLC appears correct for affected accounts.

For anyone who purchased a bundle and did not receive the Grail Knight DLC, if it is still not available in-game, please check your Steam DLC settings:

  1. In your Steam library, right-click on Vermintide 2
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select ‘DLC’
  4. Ensure the Grail Knight DLC is enabled

Please let me know if this resolves the issue!

Hi all, another update. From a backend perspective it seems that we’re unable to resolve the issue from our end, regarding the Grail Knight DLC not being included from bundle purchases made during the period of time that it was unavailable to purchase in Germany.

In the backend, DLC is granted when it is set as both “Owned” and “Installed”. For anyone that has purchased a bundle with Grail Knight DLC missing during this time, the DLC is marked as “Owned” in the backend for your accounts - but not “Installed” which is something we cannot control in the backend. This is a check which is determined by having DLC installed/enabled in Steam.

We understand that Grail Knight DLC is missing from your Steam ‘DLC’ lists, which is the issue.
