Hi all, another update. From a backend perspective it seems that we’re unable to resolve the issue from our end, regarding the Grail Knight DLC not being included from bundle purchases made during the period of time that it was unavailable to purchase in Germany.
In the backend, DLC is granted when it is set as both “Owned” and “Installed”. For anyone that has purchased a bundle with Grail Knight DLC missing during this time, the DLC is marked as “Owned” in the backend for your accounts - but not “Installed” which is something we cannot control in the backend. This is a check which is determined by having DLC installed/enabled in Steam.
We understand that Grail Knight DLC is missing from your Steam ‘DLC’ lists, which is the issue.
