I can’t share an exact date right now because there’s certain certification processes that are required beforehand. I will let you know as soon as I’m able to.
Stuff like this depends on how long it takes for console cert to go through. If they fix something on Wednesday and submit patches to Sony and Microsoft they have to wait for both of them to pass. If Sony OK’s it on Friday but Microsoft doesn’t get to it until Tuesday (or vice versa) it’s not going live until at least Tuesday.
That’s the price of crossplay, everyones game version has to be the same.
See Hotfix 57, it was only to add extra logging to the Xbox version while they troubleshoot Xbox specific issues but every platform needed an update to keep the version the same.
If any Tertium veterans are experiencing this error on the NTSC 1809 distribution of Windows 10, the solution I found is to update directly to the LTSC 2021 version (version 21H2) using an official Microsoft ISO to perform an “in-place upgrade,” keeping all files and programs. The game now loads perfectly, correctly detects the hardware (in my case, a Radeon RX580), and is completely stable under the new Windows environment.
Additional note: I recommend adding the game folder to the Windows Defender exclusions to avoid any performance issues.
Omnisiah be Praised.
