Kills when ADS no longer show hit confirm marker

Since this last patch, when I ADS and shoot something I no longer get any hit confirm or kill confirm markers. I get the markers just fine in any other situation.

How to reproduce:

Equip a ranged weapon, aim, and shoot something. Reproduction rate 100%.

Edit: I believe the issue was with a mod, which has been solved below. Thank you kind stranger.

If you are using weapon customization go to mod options → scope section → deactivate crosshair, turn that off.
