Hitmarker fade time is inconsistent

Issue Description:
Due to what I assume is latency, the duration of the hitmarker for kill confirmation is much shorter than expected, making it difficult to confirm whether or not a target is dead, this is especially visible on projectile weapons like the Grenadier Gauntlet and against far targets.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get in a mission.
  2. Shoot and kill a reaper from >30m away.
  3. Struggle to get confirmation that your target has actually hit the dirt, glance at the killfeed and hope it shows up there.
