Key Rebinding does not work on Xbox with keyboard/mouse

Issue Description:
You cannot rebind keys when using keyboard and mouse on Xbox - it lets you rebind however does not take effect in game. This is particularly a problem for the mouse 5 button for the alt fire.

Steps to Reproduce:
Rebind key, try it in game.

Platform:
Xbox Series X

Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)
