Items disappering / vanishing when passing

I had it several times, that when:

  • I pass an item to another player
    and
  • the player picks an item for the same slot up

one of the items vanishes / disappears. Happened with tomes, Medi- & Ammocrates and all kinds of stims. Also with grims, when it’s the item the other player is picking up.

Was able to reproduce it quite consistently.
