Yes. And you’ll notice that every yellow bar in the example is 10 (or 11 - probably due to rounding) points offset from the maximum. Convenient example that. Those ratios work very nicely. Each +5 point chunk now fills those bars equally 'til it maxes out.
This is why I’m saying this still will need thinking about for existing weapons. Existing weapons aren’t pre-set to this nice ratio where everything will end up naturally between 60 and 80 by proportional scaling. In the example I have, how are they going to decide what value my current lowest-two stats will end up at. RNG? Ace! RNG top-stats on all the existing RNG weapons.
Granted that means I can make them all better than they are, which is good I guess. But still a load of RNG across my weapon pool, again!
My suggestion is to start collecting a pool of weapons with nice base stat distributions ready for the change. Just in case!
