empyric shock does not work when using the inferno force staff
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Go to psykanium with inferno staff.
Get empyric shock on the talent tree.
Use left attack.
Empyric shock dosn’t work(I used a mod that displays debuffs on enemies).

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
