Issue Description:
Proccing the Empowered Psionics talent on the Psyker tree while using Smite allows for an unlimited 100% peril free smite as long as you hold down the trigger.
Steps to Reproduce:
Only talents required are Smite as the blitz and Empowered Psionics. Proc Empowered Psionics and cast Smite as normal.
