Issue Description:
Empowered Psionics also embues Smite with 100% peril reduction. This is not part of the Empowered Psionics description. The charged Smite can thus be used indefintely until staggered by enemies.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get a Psionics Empowered token, charge up Smite, use and hold on indefinitely until player cancels or enemy staggers.
