Hi, I wanted to ask if it’s possible to copy my account and my Steam progress to put it into Microsoft. It doesn’t bother me if my Steam account is deleted. it’s possible?

Hey I may not be Fatshark but I can tell you that Fatshark can’t copy your account progress for you across platforms. But they might at least be able to create new characters for you and give you some levels or materials to start your new account with. Fatshark will be able to respond to you on Monday so it’ll take a while.

Oh, thank you so much, I have a lot of masks and I was hoping they could also be moved somehow, but I doubt that’s possible :frowning:

Hey Shock, we did provide a service in which we mirrored operative levels and non-premium currencies to other accounts for our players, but unfortunately we’ve had to put this on pause for the time being, meaning it’s not something we can help with right now.

Please be aware that we still won’t be able to move any equipment, cosmetics (both premium and non-premium), Aquilas, completed Penances, and Mastery.

We are strictly limited to mirroring the levels of your operatives and remaining non-premium currencies, due to limitations in our backend.

We’ll be sure to update the article below once we have a set date for its return, which we hope will be in the coming weeks!
