For example, my veteran made a callout about Ogryn racking up kills, except we have no Ogryn on our team.
Then in another match, an ogryn made a callout about plate-face having heart of ogryn, but we had no arbitrator on our team.

I noticed this. I had a female zealot using voice lines about Skitarii when none were present in-game.
Yeah I noticed this back when Skitarii launched. A few times back when lobbies were almost exclusively Skitarii, I’d play Hive Scum and she’d call-out about an Arbitrator’s performance despite there not being any around.
Yes they absolutely do. I think the devs used some of the original classes as templates when coding for DLC classes, that’s what causes characters misname their teammates.
I havnt heard any.
All I know is some callouts override conversations. As a lore-junkie I would prefer to die being told a story than warned of the coming doom.
I’ve had this occur a lot since Skitarii
Not sure but there was someone i played with that supposedly had a mod and played a bunch of “vacuum capsule” and other lines. So it might be that, or some bugs. Hard to say. Somewhat harmless but stupid.
