Issue Description (Required):

Not hearing any dialogue or conversations from the Arbitrator at any difficulty lvls from sedation to heresy currently. Using the female Authoritarian, there are still call outs and pings as well as compliments and occasional a bugged beginning of a dialogue piece but no one responds. Going to include a link to a clip in the player ID section because its too big of a file for the supporting evidence section. The clip is of everyone cheering and my character going “you are from atoma?” And no one responds. (I hope the link will work)

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Select the Authoritarian voice, play Arbitrator in mostly or full lobby of same class, play through game.

I’m having the same issue with my Arbitrator (female Maul personality). Aside from the occasional callout or me manually using the “cheer” command, I rarely hear her voice and never hear her or other Arbitrators engage in banter. I’ve leveled her up to 13 but I’ve never heard her or any other Arbitrator engage in elevator banter about Moebian steel or whatever. When I played a match as the Arbitrator with three bots the Veteran personalities engaged with each other but my Arbitrator was silent the entire time.

I just wanted to confirm that this is indeed not intended behavior and that the Arbitrators should be as vocal as the other 4 classes.
