Authoritarian Arbitrator will start a random interaction specifically with the Heavy Ogryn where he starts talking to him but the Ogryn doesn’t respond, leaving silence in between the Arbitrator lines.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Have both Authoritarian Arbitrator and Heavy Ogryn in the team.
  2. Random interaction/conversation happens between them.
  3. Ogryn’s voicelines aren’t playing.
