so, before you hit level 30, the servitor in the commisary is this lady. who should look familier, she’s the traitor in the cutscenes! so she was someone we’d actually see around, which is surprising.

now i’m double curious about brunt. nobody’s seen him at all, nobody seems to know where he is, and this traitor was working part of his shop. think it’s a plot point?

I think Brunt shows up for a few frames in the intro video for the armoury exchange as an Ogryn sitting in the back of the shop or something. Seeing as he’s an ogryn, I’d deem the probability of him being involved in any treachery slim.

Also, let’s not forget that ogryn are too wholesome for all that.

Here’s him smashing a lasgun together. What an artist!

So no, I do not believe him to be a traitor of any kind. I do wonder if he was always intended to be an Ogryn and they just decided to have him be represented by servitors? I would not trust an Ogryn to be a quartermaster, no offense.

Brunt definitely was always an Ogryn, judging by the cutscene, and the new descriptions for the bully clubs give him an Ogryn-like cadence when he’s being quoted.

Brunt is likely a Bone-'ead - the servitors are there to dispense weapons to the rejects and assist him with advanced weapon construction, such as plasma guns. He’s smart enough to figure out how to put a gun together and make it work, but dumb enough to be unquestionably loyal. I do wish we could see more of him, though!
