Insignias Not Showing Up Despite Earning Them

Despite having earned MULTIPLE Insignia none of them have shown up for me. I am Trust Level 26 now and should have a few given the penances I’ve completed.

Hi @jeandeaux,

A backend developer has taken a look at your account in the backend, and has found that none of the Penances that reward Insignias appear to have been completed.

Which Insignias do you believe should have unlocked?

If your Penance menus are showing a Penance as completed with an Insignia reward, could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
