Infantry and Vigilant Autogun ADS spread is wildly inaccurate during the first moments after ADSing

Issue Type (Required):

Weapons

Issue Description (Required):

Infantry Autoguns and Vigilant Autoguns don’t receive ADS spread until roughly 1~ second after aiming. This problem is made worse if you shoot from the hip prior to aiming; doing so renders ADS entirely useless.

No other ADS capable weapon behaves like this:

  • All Lasgun variants instantly receive ADS spread as soon as you aim
  • Boltguns technically have a delay on their spread reduction when aiming, however, the speed of the spread reduction is fast enough that you won’t experience wider end of the spread by the time you’re able to shoot after you start aiming

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Use either of the mentioned Autogun variants
  2. ADS at a specific point and shoot as soon as you’re able to; do this several times and note the spread
  3. Repeat step 2 but hold your aim for about 1~ second before shooting; do this several times and note the lack of spread

Going back to point 2, if you spray from the hip to make your hipfire spread bloom out some and then transition to ADS and continue shooting, you effectively retain hipfire spread.
