Infantry and Headhunter Autoguns have an ADS spread delay

Issue Description:
Infantry and Headhunter Autoguns don’t receive ADS spread until 1~ second after holding ADS; this hidden mechanic is not on any other weapon that allows for literally aiming down the sights (As opposed to braced weapons but those also don’t have this odd delay either)

Steps to Reproduce:
ADS and immediately shoot a specific point on a surface; note the spread
Do the same thing again but hold ADS for a second and then shoot; all your shots will hit where you aim

Constant (100%)

That explains my wildly inaccurate first burst of columnus 5 fire before suddenly becoming accurate even with deadshot.
