Incorrect enemies in auric

Auric maelstrom “mostly melee” special condition now spawns never ending snipers and flamers. So much so that it’s impossible to actually engage in melee.

I played this special condition quite a few times over the last couple days and it was really fun as I got to fight melee loads but today it’s radically different. Way too many flamers and snipers. Often 4 snipers and 2 flamers at a time.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Choose auric maelstrom with mostly melee special condition

Notice the vast and never ending amount of ranged specials that spawn

“mostly melee” I played the same condition the last couple days and it was very different. It was actually mostly melee as advertised and was fun. Today was mostly flamer’s and snipers and it was rubbish. How you meant to deal with a steady stream of flamer’s and snipers whilst fighting crushers with zero ammo pickups?

Snipers and flamers are specialists. Melee only doesn’t affect them. And ranged weapons are not mandatory to deal with them.

The last 2 days I played that same auric maelstrom special condition quite a few times and there was not a steady, non-stop stream of snipers and flamers. There were some but enough to deal with. Today it was ridiculous. Minimum 4 snipers at a time and minimum 2 flamers at a time, constantly. Felt broken.

You do need ammo to deal with that amount, especially on that map.

Maybe my title should be “inconsistent enemies in auric”. Dunno.
