Illisi force sword does not proc Warp Absorption from special attack

Issue Description:

Killing enemies with the special attack of the Illisi force sword does not proc bonus toughness replenishment from Warp Absorption.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip Illisi force sword and Warp Absorption feat
2. While below 100% toughness, charge the sword and kill an enemy
3. Only 5% toughness is replenished from the kill

Constant (100%). I have observed the feat not proccing across multiple missions.

I do hope the acknowledged tag means we will see this addressed in the next hot fix as the Illisi sword will really make this perk a lot more viable.
