If the player character could negotiate map geometry without getting stopped by anything higher than a threshold

…That would be great. Being stopped by ledges smaller than a step on stairs and having to manually jump over them is no bueno, especially in life-or-death situations. Please fix. The player character should be able to smoothly move over such obstacles without the need for jumping. Game developers from 2001 could do it, you can too.

Didn’t you mean to say “navigate”? Negotiate is…not something you do to geometry
