Vet kinda was killed in the update
broke 2 toughness talents (maybe even more)
as vet you either melee vet/ plasma vet or just skip the class, meta or die.
This was not the situation before, it count of your toughness not over toughness
and it states while above 75% toughness.
lets say you are right.
177+50=227
75% of 227 is 170.25
while toughness at 177 it breaks, 177 is at 78% toughness.
so still dont make sense.
