Confirmed Kill is not working as intended , activating randomly randomly.

First Video is old video I uploaded 3 months ago, just skip to 0:15

you will notice with every kill it activates unlike now.

Confirmed Kill Bugged

First clip, killed shotgunner didnt activate
Second clip, killed 3 specialist/elite activated only once.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Use Veteran Class
2. Equip the node
   
   
3. Kill Specialist or Elite.

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Often (<75%)
