I found a fix to audio/performance issues

For those (AMD Users mainly) experiencing audio cut outs tied in with performance drops, I found that having the game in an HDD drive causes extreme bug breaking issues. try moving the game into an SSD drive. I was having this issue for months and just now tried this.
if I knew this sooner I would have played 10x more.

P.S: I am sorry if this is a mis-use of the bug reports guide. I saw a bunch of players having this issue and I just wanted to share this publicly

Im not an AMD user but I am willing to try. I hate it when sound starts cutting of in the middle of the game… Its really annoying and gets on my nerves.
