Hungry Wind pass through enemies possibly bugged?

Issue Description (Required):

Shade’s Career Skill Talent, Hungry Wind, states that it allows you to ‘pass through enemies’ for 10 seconds, after hitting an enemy.

You cannot pass through Chaos Warriors. I did not test smaller Elites, or Bosses.
