Paradox only send tooltips to the company that does their localization a few time per year in specific months (and will literally delay a minor tweak if the tweak would make the tooltip “wrong”). I wonder if it’s like that with FS?
Not denying that it is weird, because even then they could keep the new tooltip on ice until the trigger update is ready.
