Big Box of Hurt grenade explosions cause Frametime/CPU Busy spikes

Issue Description (Required): When Ogryn uses the Big Box of Hurt grenade, the explosion consistently results in significant spikes in CPU Busy time. This appears to impact performance, especially when multiple grenades are used in quick succession or in high-density combat scenarios. Steps to Reproduce: Load into a mission with Ogryn equipped with Big Box of Hurt grenades. Throw one or more grenades into a group of enemies.
