High ping after last patch

Issue Description:
I live in Far East of Russia, near Japan and China, before last patch I ether had great connection or same problems as in this post.
BUT after last patch I’m having just high ping, like I’m connected to West Europe or US servers and not Asian one. I downloaded ping mod to check and I’m having 400 - 500 ping in EVERY game. It’s hardly playable.

If I had to guess I’d say that something wrong with ether Asian servers themself or with routing

Attempted Solutions:
Restarting game, reconnecting, restarting PC and router. Had no such problems before so I don’t really thing that problem is on my side

I did a bit of research using VPN. I found that using Japan/EU vpns I can connect to servers with normal ping (100 - 200). So it looks like it’s indeed some sort of routing issue

Here my “research” with VPN and without.

No VPN, lagging.

Japan VPN worked as before, no lagging.

Korea VPN worked as before, no lagging.
